One event nearly over and somebody finishes another, in record time

From last to first, here were the five decals that could have been collected over this last St. Patrick's Day weekend.

The gist of the requirements, to the best of my understanding, to put a T-62A Hunter in a garage was to play in a platoon and earn four and a half million reputation. Sounds pretty steep?
