Since I already have the tier VI premium Leopard 2AV ICE from way back when, I am just waiting on the system to recognize the over-completed task of the 150 victories needed.
The best part, no screenshots to submit, nor anything else, since they have all the information they need already.
I will post an update when this situation changes.
