A Second Dragon

During this last Christmas Season, I had a chance to try out Final Fire, a modern vehicle combat game from China. Despite not performing so well and this language barrier thing, I found the game to be playable and enjoyable. However, trying to get a match with a decent population requires some timing, like making all my attempts after supper here on the West Coast.

Now, comes word of another modern vehicle combat game to the land of Dragons. Armored Warfare will be launching in China through a licensing deal between Obsidian Entertainment/my.com/mail.ru and KongZhong Corporation, much like they did with WarGaming and World of Tanks. Another similarity both games will share is operating on their own independent servers and subject to a few "creative liberties" to satisfy the Chinese market....

....like the Gold Type 59G, costing a lot of real world money for those very devoted and deep pocketed World of Tanks fans/players.

No word on Gold edition vehicles for Armored Warfare, on any server.
